Is My Car Compatible?

This will be compatible with any vehicle equipped with a 12V accessory socket commonly known as the cigarette lighter socket

Can I Still Charge My Phone?

Yes, the power cable includes a USB port.

How Does it Play Through My Car Speakers?

The built-in FM Transmitter that sends a signal to a specific FM frequency can be used to connect to your car speakers as well as the supplied AUX cord. Bluetooth can also be used once paired with your phone.

Is There Warranty?

We offer a 24 month warranty for any issues that occur from poor workmanship defects in normal use and this is from the date of purchase. This does not cover damages caused by misuse or unauthorised modifications. All of our products also come with a 30 day guarantee so if you are not satisfied you can return and be issued with a refund. We do not offer free returns unless the product is defective and all returned items must be returned in the condition they were received.

I Don't Have An Apple or Android Phone Can I Still Use It?

Yes, it features 2 different UI interfaces that allow you to use most of the main features without using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Please note that these features are limited compared to the apps you can use when using an Apple or Android Phone

How Do I Install The Reverse Camera?

The reverse camera is plug and play and will work straight away once plugged in to your DriveUnit10Pro after it has been wired to the reverse light of your vehicle to trigger the grid screen viewer. It can also be manually selected and screen layout can be changed to split the front & rear camera

Can I Track My Order?

Yes, you can track your order as soon as it's dispatched which is usually within 2-3 days. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the order has left our warehouse.

Can It Be Attached To My Windscreen?

Yes, your package includes a free strong suction cup and fully adjustable and rotating arm that can be used to suit your driving position. Alternatively you can use the provided adjustable flat platform mount that comes with a sticky adhesive pad for a secure fit.

Do You Offer Replacement Parts?

Yes, in the unlikely event you need a replacement we will send you one out straight away. This is covered in the 24 month warranty

Does It Have Other Languages?

Yes, you can change the language in the settings. The languages included are English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Italian, Czech, Korean, Thai, Polish, Turkish, Russian and Arabic. These languages are included in the universal UI interfaces.

Is It Charged or Does It Always Need To Be Connected To The Main Power Source?

The DriveUnit10Pro must always be connected to the main power supply via the 12V accessory (Cigarette lighter) to function and does not have a battery.
